Физические лица могут либо просто присоединиться к общему договору-оферте и пожертвовать какую-либо сумму без оформления отдельного договора, либо при желании оформить отдельный договор пожертвования.
Юридическим лицам – обществам и индивидуальным предпринимателям - оформлять договор о благотворительной помощи с фондом необходимо в силу требований действующего законодательства.
Для формализации отношений между юридическим лицом и фондом жертвователь может заполнить свои реквизиты в прилагаемых ниже договорах и прислать его в фонд. Возможно также прислать реквизиты своей организации, чтобы мы заполнили его и отправили благотворителю, для осуществления пожертвования.
